The Shri Ram Wonder Years invites smart, energetic and creative leaders to be a part of the family as the Center Head/Principal to lead our preschool with excellence and inspire a culture of holistic learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure academic excellence through effective curriculum planning, classroom observations, and teacher mentoring.
- Lead staff development through training, performance feedback, and team-building initiatives.
- Manage school operations, administration, and resource utilization efficiently.
- Drive admissions and work closely with the marketing team to achieve enrollment goals.
- Foster strong relationships with teachers, parents, and stakeholders while upholding the school's vision and values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Head, Principal, or Headmistress in a reputed preschool.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed. or NTT (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and school management skills.
- Strong decision-making, people management, and organizational abilities.
- Candidates residing in or near the school location will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
