Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to track, analyze, and respond to EV charging infrastructure opportunities across US state portals. The role involves continuous monitoring of Proposals (RFP), summarizing requirements, and supporting end-to-end application submissions within deadlines. Candidate with Age 30+ preferred. Experience in Tender application preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- RFP Monitoring & Tracking: Continuously monitor multiple US state portals, government websites, and relevant platforms to identify new EV charging infrastructure opportunities.
- RFP Analysis & Interpretation: Carefully review and interpret detailed RFP documents to extract key information such as eligibility criteria, technical requirements, locations requirements, submission guidelines, deadlines, and evaluation parameters. Summaries the important points from RFP for internal use.
- Documentation Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to gather all necessary documents, data, and approvals required for proposal submissions.
- Application Preparation & Submission: Prepare accurate application and submit before deadlines.
- Record Management & Reporting: Maintain well-organized records of all RFPs, submitted applications, supporting documents, and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English with strong reading and comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process complex documents
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Computer savvy with the ability to navigate multiple online portals, tools, and document systems efficiently
- Highly organized with strong time management and deadline adherence
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
