About the Role
Sazrika Fashion is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage accounting operations while providing valuable insights through sales and market data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge along with advanced Excel and analytical skills to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries.
Sales & Market Data Analysis
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and profitability reports.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify sales trends.
- Analyze product-wise, category-wise, and channel-wise performance.
- Track competitor pricing, discounts, and market trends.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), M. Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in Accounting and MIS/Data Analysis.
- Experience in the Textile, Fashion, or E-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
