Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our factory-based team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing biotech equipment such as Biosafety Cabinets, Autoclaves, Incubators, and other laboratory analytical instruments. This role requires strong proficiency in Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, with additional knowledge of sheet metal bending considered a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Design: Create and develop designs for biotech and laboratory equipment including Biosafety Cabinets, Autoclaves, Incubators, and analytical instruments.
- CAD Modeling: Utilize Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to produce accurate 3D models and detailed engineering drawings.
- Prototype Development: Collaborate with production teams to translate designs into prototypes and final products.
- Sheet Metal Design: Apply knowledge of sheet metal bending and fabrication processes to enhance product durability and manufacturability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest design modifications and improvements based on testing feedback and user requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
