Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing wallpaper installation works at client sites, managing the installation team, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating materials and client communication on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise wallpaper installation at client locations.
- Ensure proper and neat installation as per company quality standards.
- Coordinate and guide the installation team at site.
- Collect required materials from the office/warehouse before site work.
- Verify wall measurements, design, and pattern before starting installation.
- Handle client communication and update them regarding work progress.
- Ensure work is completed within the scheduled time.
- Monitor worker attendance and productivity.
- Maintain discipline and safety at the work site.
- Submit daily work progress reports to management.
- Report any site issues or material shortages immediately to the office.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
