ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Key Responsibilities
* Drafting & Detailing: Prepare accurate 2D structural drawings, including reinforcement detailing (beams, slabs, columns, footings), structural layouts, and steel framing plans.
* Architectural Drawings: Develop architectural working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections for residential or commercial projects.
* Coordination: Actively coordinate with structural engineers and architects to ensure drawings comply with structural design intent, building codes, and site specifications.
* Shop Drawings: Create shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
* Revisions: Modify and update drawings based on engineer feedback, structural design changes, or site constraints.
* Documentation: Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, IT Draughtsman Civil, or Diploma in Architecture, Civil engineer
* Experience: 2-5 years of experience in structural or architectural drafting.
* Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory).
* Software Advantage: Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, or BIM modelling is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IS Codes (Indian Standards), structural detailing, and ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
