Role overview
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify leads, initiate conversations, and help us grow our client base — especially in the Indian and US markets. This is a front-line sales role. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Generate and qualify leads for SEO, PPC, social media, and web development services
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospects
- Prepare and send proposals; follow up consistently until closure
- Reach out to agencies in the US, UK, and Australia for white label SEO partnerships
- Maintain a daily lead tracker and share pipeline updates with the founder
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from the website and social channels
- Work on referral activation — follow up with existing clients for introductions
What we're looking for
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (agency experience is a plus)
- Good command of spoken and written English — you'll be reaching out to international clients
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media) — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to speak confidently about what we offer
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold messaging, and follow-up sequences
- Organised, self-driven, and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Honest about what they can and can't do — we value transparency over overconfidence
