- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
- Lead and supervise the purchasing team, including Purchase Executives and Store personnel.
- Establish departmental goals and performance metrics.
- Forecast purchasing requirements based on departmental needs and consumption patterns.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines, surgical consumables, medical equipment, and general supplies.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.Resolve procurement-related issues and urgent supply requests.
- Prepare and manage the procurement budget.
- Monitor purchasing expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with approved budgets.
- Supervise inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Implement procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage tendering processes, request-for-quotation (RFQ), and bid evaluations.
- Review and approve purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure transparency and fairness in vendor selection.
- Understand departmental requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
- Develop contingency plans for supply shortages and emergency situations.
- Prepare procurement reports, vendor performance reports, and cost analysis reports.
- Present purchasing data and recommendations to hospital management.
- Monitor supply chain risks and market disruptions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
