Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations
- Negotiate and close property sales deals
- Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and properties
- Prepare and deliver presentations about the real estate market and properties
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings and contacts
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
- Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships
- Bike is mandatory for this
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (Preferred)
