About the Role
Recrutifi is hiring a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Surgeon on behalf of a reputed hospital in Kadi, Gujarat. The role involves performing cardiac surgical procedures, managing pre- and post-operative care, and ensuring the highest standards of patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac surgeries such as CABG, valve replacements, and other cardiothoracic procedures
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively and plan appropriate surgical interventions
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery
- Handle emergency cardiac surgical cases when required
- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthetists, and ICU teams for comprehensive care
- Maintain detailed patient records and surgical documentation
- Follow hospital protocols and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- MBBS with MCh/DNB in Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS) or equivalent
- Valid medical registration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant surgical experience
- Strong surgical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure and emergency situations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
