We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential properties of Wallfort Group. The candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential flats, villas, and plots.
- Attend to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for clients.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
