BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and fitness event company organizing obstacle races and high-energy endurance challenges across South India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Telesales Agent to connect with potential participants, explain event offerings, and convert leads into confirmed registrations for BeastDrive races.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential participants
- Explain event details, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Guide customers through the registration process
- Follow up consistently to close sales
- Handle objections and provide the right solutions
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp)
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
- Prior telesales experience is a plus
