We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct client interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
