Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to identify potential clients, qualify business opportunities, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in technology and software solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and online research.
- Generate qualified leads from various industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
Client Outreach
- Connect with prospects via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Introduce SeekNEO's services and capabilities.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads.
Requirement Qualification
- Understand the client's business challenges and project requirements.
- Collect information regarding:
- Business domain
- Project scope
- Budget
- Timeline
- Decision-makers
- Document discussions accurately in the CRM system.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and Sales Managers.
- Share company profiles, portfolios, case studies, and service brochures.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead records.
- Update lead status and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track conversion metrics and sales pipeline.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience working in an IT services or software development company is preferred.

Nice to Have

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
