Studio Buff is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting Studio Buff's photography and videography services, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving the company's sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Promote Studio Buff's photography, videography, and event services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns when required.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
