Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Fundraiser & Business Development Associate to lead our face-to-face and corporate outreach campaigns. This is an active, external role where you will operate directly on-field, in public spaces, and at corporate sites to pitch our cause and secure financial support. Key Responsibilities
- On-Field Fundraising: Conduct face-to-face fundraising in public areas, community hubs, and events to secure individual donations.
- Corporate Site Outreach: Set up and manage fundraising kiosks, presentations, and awareness booths directly inside corporate offices and business parks.
- Cause Advocacy: Confidently educate the public and corporate employees about our NGO's mission, current projects, and social impact.
- Donor Acquisition: Pitch one-time giving models to secure long-term, regular financial donors.
- Target Management: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team fundraising targets.
Pay: ₹35,650.00 - ₹45,906.10 per month
