Role Overview
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving B2B / B2C sales growth, managing enterprise accounts, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening the company’s presence in the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale B2B / B2C sales operations for the Mumbai region
- Drive revenue growth and enterprise client acquisition
- Build, mentor, and manage senior sales teams
- Develop strategic partnerships with D2C brands, exporters, and enterprises
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Track performance and report key metrics to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–18 years of experience in B2B sales (Logistics / Courier / Freight / SaaS preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building experience
- Proven track record in enterprise and solution sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
