Job Title : Technical Business Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirement analysis and drive the successful delivery of technology solutions. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable and efficient system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex projects
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers
- Drive solution design discussions, system integrations, and API requirements
- Analyze data, workflows, and systems to recommend improvements
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation
- Support UAT, implementation, and post-deployment activities
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, JIRA, and documentation tools
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and lead discussions independently

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
