Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
· Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
· Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Content Marketing
· Coordinate with medical and marketing teams to develop promotional content.
· Write or edit blogs, newsletters, emailers, brochures, and website content.
· Assist in preparing presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Market Research
· Research healthcare industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing practices.
· Build and maintain databases of hospitals, physicians, medical societies, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare organizations.
· Identify potential marketing opportunities and target audiences.
Events & Campaign Support
· Assist in planning webinars, conferences, CME programs, and promotional events.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities.
· Help manage event registrations and post-event communication.
Brand & Communication
· Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
· Support website updates and promotional campaigns.
· Coordinate with designers and external vendors for creative requirements.
Administrative Support
· Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
· Prepare weekly activity reports.
· Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Required Skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong creativity and attention to detail.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or other design tools is an advantage.
· Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing is preferred.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
· Prior internship experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,803.96 per month
