Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence in our NBFC business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
- Manage branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling.
- Monitor portfolio quality, recoveries, and customer service standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and RBI guidelines.
Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Gold Loan/Financial Services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, sales, operational, and customer relationship management skills.
