Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors, including Family Offices and AIFs. The role involves investor outreach, relationship management, and arranging meetings to support the firm’s fundraising and capital placement activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with Family Offices, AIFs, HNIs, and institutional investors.
* Arrange and coordinate investor meetings for the management team.
* Identify and onboard prospective investors.
* Maintain regular communication with existing investor networks.
* Assist in presenting investment opportunities and fundraising mandates.
* Travel for investor meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
* Achieve assigned business targets and relationship-building objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
* Strong network and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Presentable and professional personality.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Compensation
* Salary: ₹30,000 per month
