Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat & email.
- Assist clients with account-related queries and issues.
- Provide timely and professional customer support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Forex/Finance industry experience will be an advantage.
