Job Description: Relationship Manager – Micro LoansAbout the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Micro Loans division at L&T Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing new customers, managing end-to-end loan portfolios, and maintaining strong relationships within the micro-finance and rural/semi-urban ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Source new customers for micro loans/group loans through field visits, market mapping, and community networking.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with borrowers to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Credit & Underwriting Support: Conduct primary checks, verify customer KYC, assess cash flows, and evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor loan disbursements, track repayment schedules, and ensure timely collections to maintain a zero-non-performing asset (NPA) portfolio.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to L&T Finance's internal policies, credit guidelines, and RBI regulations for microfinance institutions (MFIs).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream (12th Pass with relevant experience can also be considered).
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Microfinance (MFI), Banking, or NBFC sectors. Age below 33 yrs
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, basic digital/smartphone literacy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone, as this role involves extensive field travel.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
