Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of apartment construction projects in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at apartment project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion status.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in apartment or residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience in managing contractors and site teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling apartment projects independently.
- Familiarity with RCC, finishing works, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
