Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Bidding: Create and distribute Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Technical Evaluation: Review engineering drawings, material take-offs (MTOs), and technical specifications to align supplier offerings with project requirements.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to drive cost reduction.
- Vendor Management: Identify, qualify, and monitor suppliers for reliability, financial stability, and continuous quality.
- Order Management: Generate Purchase Orders (POs), expedite shipments, and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery to sites or manufacturing floors.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
