Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior IT Consultant (Full Stack Developer) to manage day-to-day operations of web platforms, data systems, and digital tools. The role involves supporting application functionality, data management, system updates, and ensuring smooth execution of technical processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Web Platform Operations
- Manage and update content across web platforms and mobile applications
- Maintain dashboards, media, notifications, and system data
- Ensure smooth functioning and timely updates of digital platforms
2. Data Management & System Operations
- Handle real-time data updates, validation, and system accuracy
- Support data integration and ensure consistency across platforms
3. Database & Repository Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain structured datasets
- Perform regular data validation and updates
- Support user/profile data management and verification
4. Geo-Spatial Data Support
- Assist in collection and validation of geo-tagged data
- Update and maintain mapping-related information in systems
5. Reporting & MIS
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics as required
- Maintain organized digital records and datasets
6. Technical & Tool Support
- Operate internal tools and platforms for daily operations
- Support testing, bug tracking, and issue resolution
- Assist in deployment support and system monitoring
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT support, system operations, or application management roles
Technical Skills
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- String Working knowledge of backend systems and APIs
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and basic DevOps practices
- Understanding of data handling, reporting, and system operations
- Proficiency in Git and project management tools (JIRA or similar)
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
