As we prepare for launch and scale our operations, we are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the Founder across business operations, brand building, marketing execution, marketplace management, and strategic projects.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to building a consumer brand from the ground up.
You will work directly with the Founder and gain experience across:
- Brand Building
- Marketing
- Marketplace Operations
- Product Development
- Vendor Management
- Business Operations
- Startup Execution
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple projects, and making things happen.
Key ResponsibilitiesFounder’s Office & Project Management
- Work directly with the Founder on priority business initiatives
- Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain business trackers and dashboards
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action items
- Ensure critical tasks are completed on time
Marketplace & E-commerce Operations
- Coordinate Amazon marketplace activities
- Manage product listings and catalog updates
- Track inventory and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with Amazon freelancers and agencies
- Support website content updates and maintenance
Marketing & Brand Operations
- Manage content calendars and execution trackers
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, photographers, and creators
- Organize creative assets and brand documentation
- Maintain influencer and creator databases
- Track campaign performance and key metrics
Vendor & Operations Coordination
- Follow up with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and service partners
- Track quotations, purchase orders, and production timelines
- Coordinate product shoots and sample dispatches
- Maintain operational documentation and records
Research & Special Projects
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Analyze customer reviews and market trends
- Support product development and category research
- Execute special projects assigned by the Founder
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience
- Prior startup experience is a plus but not mandatory
Skills Required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ownership mindset and willingness to learn
