- Strong knowledge of curries, tandoor items, gravies, and Indian breads
- Ability to maintain taste consistency and food quality
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene & food safety standards
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious North Indian dishes with consistency
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Assist in menu planning and food presentation
- Handle inventory and kitchen coordination
