- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- 2 years of Industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, working with advertisers, agencies, or clients in India.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection management, investigative skills, and engaging selling.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues to develop recommendations/action plans.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings as needed, up to 10% to 20% of the time.

- Manage a portfolio of businesses and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Build relationships with the end customer or agencies, and serve as a trusted advisor identifying opportunities for growth, creating multi-quarter plans, and driving adoption of key product best practices to grow their business with Google.
- Collaborate within the team, and cross-functionally to execute plans and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals.
- Develop and refine a point of view to scale product, processes, and align priorities to drive customer growth, and help scale best practices to contribute to overall team success.
