Job Description:
The Shivaay Group is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead and optimize our online advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving strong ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to improve ad performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting for effective ad strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively and analyze key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and optimising Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
