The role involves managing customer relationships through virtual channels, driving sales, and providing exceptional banking service experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage and service assigned customers through virtual channels. Make outbound calls to Existing-to-Bank (ETB) and New-to-Bank (NTB) customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Cross-sell banking products and services to generate revenue. Promote digital banking solutions and self-service channels. Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. Achieve assigned business and productivity targets. Eligibility Criteria Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks. 1–3 years of experience in Banking Sales, Relationship Management, VRM, or similar roles. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong sales and cross-selling abilities. Customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of CRM tools and banking processes is preferred.
