Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, insurance partners, and referral networks.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present business updates to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Represent Care By Cadabams at conferences, networking events, corporate meetings, and healthcare forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in Healthcare, Home Healthcare, Hospitals, Wellness, Diagnostic Services, Insurance, or Healthcare Technology is highly preferred.
