Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident English Speaking Trainers who are passionate about helping students improve their communication skills. If you enjoy teaching spoken English and interacting with learners from different backgrounds, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online spoken English sessions for individuals and groups.
- Help learners improve fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and confidence.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions and speaking activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Maintain attendance and class reports.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience teaching spoken English or communication skills (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting classes online.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced trainers).
- Freshers with excellent spoken English and teaching ability are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching adult learners.
- Knowledge of IELTS, interview preparation, or business English is a plus.
- Ability to conduct interactive group discussions and roleplay sessions.
Compensation
- ₹100 per hour for experienced English Speaking Trainers.
- Compensation for freshers will be based on interview performance and communication skills.
