Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relations & Business Development
- Corporate Tie-ups: Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, schools, and organizations to offer employee wellness programs and health check-ups. [1, 2, 3]
- Insurance & TPA: Coordinate empanelment with health insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to streamline cashless hospitalization. [1]
- Referral Networks: Build and nurture strong relationships with local general practitioners, clinics, and medical consultants to facilitate patient referrals. [1, 2]
2. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Strategy Execution: Develop annual marketing and communication plans aligned with the hospital's overall business and clinical goals.
- Campaigns: Conceive and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, outdoor) to promote specialty departments (e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics).
- Collateral Creation: Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, corporate newsletters, and service catalogs. [1, 2, 3, 4]
3. Events & Community Outreach
- Health Camps: Plan and execute free community health awareness programs, seminars, and medical camps

- Online Management: Oversee the hospital’s social media platforms, website content, and digital reputation to enhance online visibility.

5. Market Research & Compliance
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze competitor activities, healthcare market trends, and patient demographics.
- Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities, patient testimonials, and communications strictly adhere to healthcare advertising regulations and patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA). [1, 2, 3, 4]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Hospital Administration.
- Experience: Typically 2-5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, B2B sales, or healthcare business development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), digital marketing, and analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
