Job Summary
Shivaay is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Microsoft Excel, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry or back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain digital records while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate with team members and complete assigned administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, Back Office Executive, or in a similar role.
- Mandatory proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, and basic reporting.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to work in the night shift.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Shift Details
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekly Off: Saturday
- Sunday: Alternate Sundays Off
