The Head of IT is responsible for leading and managing the organization's overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, software, cybersecurity, and IT team. The role ensures that technology supports business objectives and that all IT systems operate efficiently and securely. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap. Lead and manage the IT department and technical team. Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software. Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of IT systems. Manage cybersecurity policies, data protection, and system access. Oversee ERP, CRM, cloud systems, and other business applications. Plan and manage IT budgets, technology investments, and resources. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers. Monitor system performance and resolve major technical issues. Ensure regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. Manage IT projects and ensure timely implementation. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions. Provide regular IT performance and project reports to senior management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in IT management or a senior technical leadership role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Experience in managing IT teams and large-scale IT projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
