The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships for Audio Visual (AV) products and solutions, including Active LED Displays, Video Walls, Interactive Flat Panels, Projectors, Digital Signage, Audio Systems, and Meeting Room Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Corporate, Education, Government, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of AV projects and Active LED opportunities.
- Meet architects, consultants, PMCs, system integrators, and end-users to generate enquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Sales & Client Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Channel & Partner Development
- Develop relationships with AV consultants, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for pricing, product updates, and support.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in AV/IT Infrastructure/Active LED/Display Solutions sales.
- Experience handling corporate, government, education, or commercial projects.
- Existing network with architects, consultants, PMCs, and corporate clients is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
