We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and accounts payable/receivable activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in TDS, GST, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices, payment processing, ageing, and vendor reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer invoicing, collections, ageing analysis, and customer reconciliation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BR) and resolve outstanding/unreconciled transactions.
- Prepare and maintain GST records, reconciliations, and support monthly/quarterly GST filings.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, challans, returns, certificates, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate accounting of GST, TDS, and other statutory transactions.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records, and GST portal data.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely closure.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and other finance-related reports as required by management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet statutory deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Indian taxation and statutory compliance is preferred.

Pay: ₹21,790.11 - ₹35,524.02 per month
