To lead and monitor the HR function of Shah Power – Dabaspet, Bengaluru & Gujarat Plant and Shah Distributors by overseeing activities of recruitment, training, PMS, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, ER, administration & security, both at corporate and plants. Role holder is expected to formulate HR strategy, policies and processes for HR and support problem solving on current / potential issues to attract, motivate and retain talent/ employees.
Master in Human Recourses - MSW, MBA, and PGDHRM.
Minimum 8+ years of working experience.
Candidate from Manufacturing industry preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
