Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting the hiring needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/non-IT positions as per business requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist with offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or any graduate with relevant recruitment experience
