Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.
- Manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Implement conversion tracking and analytics.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and optimize Meta ad campaigns for customer acquisition and retargeting.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and lookalike audiences.
- Coordinate with designers for high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS.
SEO
- Perform keyword research and content planning.
- Optimize product pages, collection pages, and blogs.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Build and execute backlink strategies.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical SEO issues.
Social Media Marketing (SMO)
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
- Create content calendars and posting schedules.
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Shopify-based ecommerce brands is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center, and Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fashion, D2C, or ecommerce brands.
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation.
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Pay: ₹10,203.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
