Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Website & App Developer who understands that a website is more than just design—it's a business growth tool. We're not looking for someone who simply customizes WordPress or Shopify themes. We need someone who can strategically design, develop, deploy, and optimize custom digital solutions that deliver measurable business results.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX, frontend and backend development, e-commerce, website performance, AI-assisted development, and problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
· Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and conversion-focused web design.
· Experience developing custom websites beyond pre-built WordPress or Shopify themes.
· Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks, and backend development.
· Experience with WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS development, and website deployment.
· Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and conversion optimization.
· Ability to build websites that improve user experience, trust, and sales.
· Experience using AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.
· Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and clean coding practices.
· Good English communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients.

· Developers who only customize pre-built WordPress or Shopify themes.
· Candidates with only basic website development knowledge.
· Professionals who don't understand UI/UX, conversion optimization, or user psychology.
· Developers who don't leverage AI to improve productivity and execution.
· Individuals who cannot manage backend development, deployments, or website maintenance.
· Candidates who struggle to troubleshoot complex bugs or technical issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
