Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Generate leads through online and offline channels.
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
Meet potential clients and present company products/services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
4. Market Research
Analyze customer needs and market demands.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Identify new industry trends and opportunities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare sales reports and business forecasts.
Track KPIs and performance metrics.
