Job Title: UI-UX Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UI-UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience who can create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, an understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, engaging, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Maintain design systems and ensure visual consistency across all screens.
- Stay updated with UI-UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes is a plus.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, etc.) to:
- Accelerate design ideation and wireframing.
- Generate creative UI/UX concepts and content.
- Automate repetitive design or documentation tasks.
- Improve design quality through data-driven insights and usability analysis.
- Proactive mindset toward AI-assisted innovation, ensuring faster delivery, higher creativity, and improved user outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in UI-UX Design.
- Portfolio showcasing well-structured and visually strong UI-UX projects.
