Role Overview
We're seeking a Hair Sales Representative who combines strong sales skills with genuine knowledge of hair and hair replacement solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through our services and converting inquiries into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and consult walk-in and appointment clients regarding hair loss concerns and solutions
- Explain non-surgical hair replacement services, products, and treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Understand client hair and scalp conditions to recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to studio revenue growth
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and sales reports
- Coordinate with technicians/stylists for service delivery and client satisfaction
- Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales (hair, beauty, wellness, or cosmetic industry preferred)
- Good understanding of hair types, hair loss causes, and hair replacement/patch systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/mobile app skills for CRM and follow-ups
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Prior experience in a salon, hair studio, or wellness clinic is a strong advantage
