We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in high-rise building construction to oversee and manage construction activities from planning through project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in high-rise building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, project execution, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (MS Project or Primavera is an advantage).
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and construction safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
