Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children and is dedicated to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and committed to fostering early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain records
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
- Organize classroom materials and maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Montessori / ECCE certification is an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children
- Creative, energetic, and patient personality
