Job Description – Senior Sales Manager (Furniture Mall)
Position: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with strong furniture industry experience to manage showroom sales, drive revenue growth, handle premium clients, and lead the sales team towards achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and client relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer consultation, follow-ups, negotiation, and final closure.
- Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into successful sales.
- Handle high-value customers and provide premium buying experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and closing techniques.
- Maintain sales pipeline, track enquiries, and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and delivery teams for smooth customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory experience in furniture, luxury furniture, interiors, or home décor industry.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Leadership quality with team management skills.
- Strong networking skills with architects and interior designers will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Experience & Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in furniture sales / luxury retail sales.
- Experience in managing showroom sales and sales teams preferred.
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Candidate Profile:
- Should have strong furniture market knowledge.
- Should be capable of handling premium clients and high-value projects.
- Should have proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Should be comfortable with client meetings and market visits.
Location: Indore
Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
