We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who understands that clever doesn’t always convert—but clarity, research, and insight do. Someone who can write ad copies that feel native, not salesy. Who gets that “good copy” isn’t what we like—it’s what sells to the customer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Write scroll-stopping, thumb-pausing copy for Meta ads (static, video, UGC, founder-led, carousels—you name it)
- Work closely with creative strategists and media buyers to understand campaign goals and customer behavior
- Steal like an artist: study the best ads, decode why they work, and remix it into fresh, original work
- Dive into product research, reviews, buyer journeys, and customer psychology
- Brainstorm and write hooks, angles, headlines, CTAs that match D2C brand tone but drive performance
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators to shape compelling storyboards and ad flows
- Craft high-converting email sequences and WhatsApp messages (automation + campaign
- Write website copy with clarity, structure, and user psychology in mind (home, PDP, landing, banners)
- Use AI tools (yes, ChatGPT included) as part of your toolbox—not your competitor
You’re a Fit If...

- You don’t just “walk in the customer’s shoes”—you slide into their socks, open their browser history, and figure out what makes them click
- You live on Ad Library, youtube shorts, and Instagram—not to scroll aimlessly, but to study what’s converting
- Know that copywriting is less about sounding smart and more about being understood
- Can instantly spot the difference between “copy that sounds good” vs. “copy that sells”
- Believe that good copy is clear, relevant, and emotionally tuned to the customer’s voice—not yours
- You’re self-motivated, curious, and borderline obsessed with D2C and human behavior

- You've written for D2C brands or played in performance/retention setups before
- Have experience writing for video scripts or working with UGC/influencer content
- Can write across tones—from sassy Gen Z to clean & classy premium
- Know your way around Notion, Slack, Meta Ad Library, and a killer swipe file
