Key Responsibilities
· Handle and work on 20–30 fresh leads daily generated through company sources.
· Contact potential clients and understand their international travel requirements.
· Assist and encourage clients to visit the office for detailed consultation and discussions.
· Present customized international holiday packages and itineraries.
· Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
· Achieve a minimum closure of 20 passengers (pax) per month.
· Maintain and update lead details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and smooth execution of travel plans.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
· Graduate in any field; education in the travel field will be an added advantage.
· 2–5 years of experience in international travel sales.
· Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
· Ability to handle leads and close sales effectively.
· Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer applications.
· A smartphone with a dual SIM slot is required.
Work Schedule & Company Policy
· Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
· Weekly Off: 4 per month
· Paid Leave: 12 paid leaves per year (1 per month)
· Probation Period: 2 months
· Notice Period: 45 days
· Company SIM card will be provided for official calling purposes only.
